• You can monitor, gain wider and easier access to your account information, or check on a transaction.
• You can monitor your account balance, access a summary of transactions processed since your last statement, or obtain full details of selected transactions online.
• You can view your returned items images and see a clear, crisp, colour image of both sides of each returned item. The image clearly displays stamps, endorsements, and any attachments such as envelopes. You can print the image or copy it into an e-mail for speedy distribution to aid recovery of the funds.

Convenient Access - Easy to Use

• Internet access eliminates the need for your reconciliation group to copy or fax account information to other departments, since any authorized person in your financial institution can access Report Direct Live.
• To ease reconciliation, you can export end of day statements in text format for up to 35 days of historical information that is retained by the system.
• You can also search for specific payments by value date, amount, or reference number (your reference number and ours) by using the inquiry function.
